"Made switching phones feel a lot less stressful"
I was a little nervous about moving everything to my new phone because I kept thinking about losing old photos and messages. The Enjoy tech helped transfer all my stuff over and made the whole process feel much easier than I expected. It did take a little while, but he was really patient and explained what was happening in a way that didn’t make me feel confused. I remember feeling so relieved when I saw everything show up on the new phone.

Support kept getting back to me and everything, but the problem never actually got fixed.

I did get my return processed in the end, so that part was fine. But the updates took longer than I expected, they were a little confusing. Is it too much to ask for clearer tracking along the way?

I did my phone trade-in through enjoy.com and it went smoothly. The guy showed up on time, checked out the phone, and walked me through what would happen next. My trade-in value got confirmed without any drama. I was expecting it to be a whole annoying process, but most of that stress was totally avoidable, it ended up being simple.

The service itself was fine, nothing amazing but not terrible either. The frustrating part was the pricing, which somehow managed to stay unclear until late in the process. I guess I was supposed to enjoy the surprise of finding out the final cost at the end. It would’ve been much better if they had just shown the fees clearly from the start.

I’ll admit I was kind of torn because I usually stick with the same stores I’ve bought from before, but they either didn’t have the phone or had some vague backorder situation. I checked enjoy.com and they actually had the exact one I wanted in stock. I picked a time that worked for me and everything went smoothly. Happy I gave them a shot, even if it felt a little weird not going with my usual place.

I booked my installation through Enjoy, and the appointment time got moved around twice. I had a feeling it was going to be a hassle, and unfortunately my instinct was right. The tech finally showed up late and couldn’t finish the setup. Support was decent enough, but I wouldn’t really trust the scheduling process again.

"Canceling was easy, but support dragged out my refund"
Canceling the service itself was fine, but getting my money back was a whole different story. Support took way too long to deal with it, it felt like they were just letting it sit there instead of actually helping. Frustrating experience.

"My order wasn’t quite right"
I ordered from enjoy.com and the delivery showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the actual order wasn’t accurate. One of the items I was expecting was missing, and another item wasn’t the version I had selected, so that was frustrating on my end.
I reached out to customer support and they did get back to me, but it took a little while and I had to explain the issue more than once. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but from my perspective, I was expecting the order to be checked a bit more carefully before it was sent out.

"Refund came through, just slower than I’d hoped"
I ended up needing a refund because my order didn’t work out. To be fair, they did give me my money back, but it took longer than I expected and I had to check in once to keep things moving. The support team wasn’t rude or anything, just a little slow to respond. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but based on this, I think the refund process could definitely be smoother.

"Felt safe overall, but I did overthink it a bit"
I used enjoy.com to help set up my phone, it went smoothly. The person showed up on time, was polite, and didn’t give me any weird or pushy vibe, which I was kind of worried about beforehand.
They kept things professional and only asked for what seemed necessary. Still, after they left, I caught myself second-guessing a few things and changed a couple passwords just to feel better, even though nothing actually seemed off.
My only real complaint is that I wish the privacy details were easier to find or explained more clearly. Overall I felt safe and the service was good, but that little bit of uncertainty keeps it at 4 stars for me.

"Activation help was okay, I guess"
I booked Enjoy to help get my new phone activated, it didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped. The person who came out was nice enough, I guess, but he seemed kind of rushed the whole time and the activation kept failing. In the end, I still had to call my carrier myself afterward, so I’m not really sure it saved me much time. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I probably expected more.

"Ordering on the website was kind of a mess"
I tried to place an order on enjoy.com and it did not go very smooth. The page kept freezing on me, and then my cart changed the delivery time twice, which was confusing and annoying. After that, the payment still wouldn’t go through, so I just gave up. Not a great time, unfortunately.
